Privacy Policy — OutreachTrack

Last updated: July 2026

OutreachTrack (“the extension”) is a browser extension that helps freelancers and agencies track leads and clients, log outreach dates, and get reminded when a follow-up is due.

Data Collection
OutreachTrack does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or user data. All leads you create (name, platform, status, dates, notes) are stored locally on your own device using the browser’s built-in storage (chrome.storage.local). This data never leaves your browser and is never sent to any server, including any server operated by DigitaBuddy.

Permissions
– storage: used to save your leads locally on your device.
– alarms: used to periodically check your locally-stored leads for overdue follow-ups, so the toolbar badge and reminder stay current.
– notifications: used to show at most one local reminder per day when you have an overdue follow-up. This reminder is generated entirely from data already stored on your device — no data leaves your device to create it.

OutreachTrack does not request access to the content of any website you visit.

Third Parties
OutreachTrack does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data is shared with third parties.

Changes to This Policy
